Overview
Local parks and open spaces are important for our physical and mental health. We’re working with the community to improve our local parks.
A park is a place where everyone should feel safe and comfortable. Well designed parks are essential to the wellbeing of any community, which is why we are inviting you to have your say on the park you visit the most. We want to improve the experience of everyone who visits a park in Ashley by making them safer, more accessible, enjoyable and sustainable.
By interacting with this consultation, you will be helping to shape how the parks are designed to minimise various issues and improve the overall quality. In addition, we will be looking to improve accessibility for our communities by analysing preferred routes and modes of transport, therefore improving inclusion so that everyone can enjoy the parks. We are committed to reducing carbon emmissions and a part of that process is being able to encourage walking and cycling by enhancing the routes people take and making them more appealing to others.
Please complete this short survey to tell us which park you visit the most, how you get there, how you think it could be improved, and what you enjoy most about visiting.
